AccessBank Conducts A Business Forum For SME Clients

AccessBank Tanzania conducted another business forum and a first for 2019 for its SME, Micro, Agro and Deposit clients over the past weekend. The forum took place at Kisenga International Conference Centre, Kijitonyama, Dar es Salaam on Saturday 16th February 2019, with the theme and objective of the forum being; “Improving Customer Relationship and Customer Acquisition”.

The other predominant objective of the forum was to equip AccessBank’s Dar es Salaam SME, Micro and Deposit clients with the right understanding and know-how on FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & FINANCIAL DISCIPLINE.

Speaking at the forum, the Chief Executive Officer – Mr. Armando Massimiliano Sirolla noted that, “In order to connect and be closer with our clients we hold these regular Business Forums with a focus on Customer Relationship. To us we put you first. Moreover this gives us a chance to broaden your knowledge on new products and services that we have to offer that you might have not known about and we hope that you walk away with a mind-set of that we can do more business together in 2019. The other predominant objectives of the forum was to equip AccessBank’s Dar es Salaam SME, Micro and Deposit clients with the right understanding and know-how on growing your business operations in the long-run while having sound control over your finances. The event was sponsored by the European Investment Bank.

Closing off the “2019 Business Forum” was a Q and A session, and humbled by the forum Mr. Athuman Ayoub (an AccessBank customer) said, “We thank AccessBank for being among the institutions that do care about their customers, you all thought about us and took the time and effort to bring us together and enhance our partnership.
